Looked and smelled clean on arrival.
Lovely big caravan, nice big living area with clean and comfy seating and large TV. Dining area adequate, and a well prepared kitchen with large fridge freezer.
Nice location, friendly site and close to the beach.
Bedrooms were clean, beds comfy for most of us.

Lovely caravan with a really nice decking area. Living area is nice and modern with easy to work blinds for the evening. Like the fact it has a double bed in the third room as well as main bedroom. Only a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute drive to Seacroft golf club

Plenty of space for the 5 of us, great being surrounded by the beautiful fishing lakes, great location and not far from the entertainment/restaurant etc.
The caravan was lovely and very clean, everything needed was there apart from an iron, but we took our own. The caravan park was ideally located, just a short walk to all the amenities. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The caravan is spotlessly clean and in a great location on a quiet caravan park located just outside of the town. The beach is just a stones throw away.
The caravan was spotlessly clean and spacious, with everything you needed. And the site itself had so many things to do for two 7yr olds they loved it. The entertainment, swimming pool(warmest pool ever),outside play areas,mini market(has everything you need) and wasn't expensive like many are . Cannot find a single thing wrong with every aspect of this holiday .Would recommend this to anyone
