Staff had a good attitude when we complained about dinner.
It is a delightful place. We stayed in a bungalow opposite which had everything we could want. The breakfast was lovely and staff friendly and helpful. We arrived too late to use the Indian restaurant, but intend to try it another time.
The staff member we met was lovely and breakfast was nice. Nothing special but for the price you cant complain.
The room was lovely and cosy and the bed was very comfortable.
We stayed here before a few years ago when it was under a different name, although we stayed in the little bungalow situated across from the hotel not inside the main hotel.
The caravan was spacious and there are plenty of car park spaces. There were loads of activities for the kids and the live entertainment was brilliant for the kids. Good family holiday park, do recommend with the family.
