Ryan Bay Holiday Park, hotel in Kirkcolm

Located in Dunragit in the Dumfries and Galloway region, Ryan Bay Holiday Park provides accommodation with free private parking.

We stayed in a fairy pod and me, my husband and 2 kids 3 and 8, loved it. The pod itself was very impressive how the sofa went into a bed, the fold away table, toilet/shower and the space under the double bed for cases etc. All very well laid out. There's a gas BBQ and a picnic bench outside which is a very nice touch. The animals and the free fresh eggs and the play park is all great for the kids.

The location is amazing - the caravan looks right over to Stranraer. The swimming pool area is great in the fact you get it to yourself so the kids can play about and not bother anyone with their splashing and play The pub is friendly and food is delicious, really reasonable The caravan itself is spacious and the outside decking area is great for sitting in and gives added space

Location was excellent, lovely views. The caravan was clean and the beds were comfortable. Had everything you need. Shower was amazing, warm with great pressure. Myself and the kids really enjoyed our stay. Book the swimming pool before you arrive. We booked 2 slots over a 4 day stay...had the swimming pool to ourselves, it was lovely and warm too. Bar was well stocked with good selection of beers and ciders on tap. Prices were reasonable too.

The park was nice. We had wee ones with us and the soft play area was just big enough for them to play in. Booking the swimming and having the pool to ourselves was great - had so much fun just playing about and not worrying about large amounts of people there. The pub was lovely, staff really friendly and accommodating and the entertainment was good Van in a lovely location looking right onto the water, with the small shingle beach a minute across the road.
