The pop art pod we booked was really close to a small lake and had excellent views. The interior was modern and cheerful. On arrival we found milk in the fridge which was great. There was coffee, tea, sugar, a tea towel and washing up liquid in the well-equipped kitchen. Nice electrical appliances. The Pod seemed clean. The hot tub was ready for us to use. All very welcoming.

This is a lovely self-catering apartment; very comfortable bed, newly decorated bathroom with excellent shower. The location is perfect for Pooley Bridge and activities around Ullswater: it's a short pathed walk in to Pooley Bridge. All staff were really lovely, friendly helpful with information. Bar downstairs from the apartment has great views from both inside and outside. No food in the bar but visiting food trucks on Friday and Saturday. WiFi was free and adequate for light internet usage.
