There is a pub at the top of the lane that is both dog friendly and reasonable priced. The staff are very friendly ( The Duke of Rothesay).

There are plenty of nice views and rock pools to explore with younger children or intrigued adults.
Morecambe is just a short drive away.

The Lady, Lucy, who is your point of contact when booking a stay at Rivington Lodge, is very good in terms of communicating with. Any queries or questions, she is very responsive and quick considering that she isn't on site.
The caravan is clean and equipped for a short stay at Morecambe.
We were a family of 5 staying with a small dog.
It was a squeeze for us, so I would book for an additional bedroom next time. Just to give a more comfortable feel. This is more than comfortable for a family of 4.
Join the community at a shared grounds, shared facilities holiday park. Groups of all sizes can get comfortable in private bungalows or holiday homes, and spend their stays enjoying time poolside, dining at an on-site restaurant or trying new on-site activities.
Lovely well equipped beautifully clean bungalow in a fantastic location for walking our dog and, in general for shopping and all other activities.. Garden was lovely too. Very thoughtfully provided dog biscuits and bowls along with provisions for ourselves on arrival.
Wouldn't hesitate to return and, hope we do in the near future. Highly recommended.
It was cosy , the hot tub was novel ( as long as you enjoy keeping the fire stoked up) and in a quiet private location quite enclosed for our little dog, cute xmas decorations, they let us bring a small camper van for extra sleeping space as sofabed in lounge would have been hard work- we enjoyed walking to local pubs ! it would be great in summer !
