I can not say enough about this property and its owners. My experience on booking.com up until this point had been terrible. This was light at the end of the tunnel. The property was IMMACULATE and I am extraordinarily picky about cleanliness. This was by FAR the cleanest property I have ever stayed at bar none. The owner left a wonderful welcome package, which was above and beyond. It felt like home. AND the beds were SO comfortable! If we had been staying in the area longer, I definitely would've stayed at this property. Communication was 10 out of 10 on Kelly's part, I had finicky internet yet she made sure I had what I needed to get in thru text. And added bonus, we got to watch the moon rise across the ocean view.

The caravan is very comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The host was excellent to deal with and the place was spotlessly clean. The people around the resort are lovely too, very friendly but also leave you to your own thing, perfect balance. The location is excellent, right on the beach. Perfect for us and our dog, long walks in a perfect setting. We had lunch at the John Paul Jones hotel nearby and there are good shops and facilities on site too.

The caravan park was lovely and quiet perfect for family's the park right outside the caravan it was lovely! The caravan was clean cosy and was like a home away from home would definitely recommend and would love to go back 😊
We really enjoyed our weekend stay. Everyone we met on the site were very friendly. Caravan was fab, site is lovely & quiet. We had a laugh at the Bar Bistro for the Saturday night entertainment.

The caravan was clean, warm and comfortable.
Everything required was provided apart from bed linen & towels. However we were more than happy to take our own bedding including our own pillows (personal choice).

We have stayed at this park before in a different unit, but this unit was by far the better one. Clean, comfortable and so many thoughtful bits. I.e dogs bowls, bags, kids toys, games extra blankets, pillows, towels. Basic food stuffs if needed.
We so enjoyed our stay and want to thank our hosts. We hope to stay in your beautiful mobile home again.
Everything was as described, a lovely quiet town, the caravan park was right by a friendly local pub. Accommodation itself was clean, well equipped, modern and comfortable, this is pretty much all you need for your base to explore the lake district. Furthermore, you have a splendid view on the sea which is only 5 miles away from the cabin.
The owner was really helpful and communicative, which is always a plus!
Also, dogs were allowed with no extra charge.
Beautiful setting on a small caravan park. My son loved the play park. Lovely pub at the entrance to the caravan park and across the road. Which served gorgeous food. Very clean and comfortable. Love the fact its dog friendly. The hosts were so welcoming in their communications. Only 30 mins to Keswick. Surrounded by beautiful scenery. We'd definitely stay again.
