Lovely property with lots of character, very nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room ideal for a peaceful swim, great showering facilities within pool area. overall made to feel very welcome and left following day having had a nice breakfast.
Location was ideal with easy access to the town.
Free parking at the back of the property. Breakfast was great as they were able to accommodate for gluten free and it all tasted good.
The parrot in the lobby was brilliant entertainment and not something you usually see.
The Royal Hotel is in the centre of Forfar with ample off-street parking at the rear. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was clean and generous.
There is a swimming pool in the Hotel's fitness centre which has steps into the water for easy access.

A beautiful and spotlessly cleaned small mobile home. The owners were warm and welcoming. They kept milk, sparkling water for us in the fridge. I stayed for 4 days in this property and everything I needed during my stay was present at the property. The owners have taken care of even the smallest necessity one might have during the stay.
Superb clean accommodation with excellent large room and bathroom. Quiet location and great parking. Excellent breakfast. Use of the private swimming pool a great bonus.

Beautiful large room with a four poster bed with a bay window just made the experience exceptional. The bathroom was clean and fresh with a bath and shower. There was a swimming pool available if you wanted. The room was very comfortable with a good size television. Great place. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
