Located only 10 mins drive from Filey beach which was lovely. Caravan was mainly clean except a couple of insects we found. Reception staff lady was nice upon check-in.

The caravan was lovely and clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The owner is very helpful, ensured that our details were registered with haven promptly which then allowed the option to buy passes etc.She also sent detailed directions of where the caravan was located so we weren't driving around for ages. located on a great little park with everything you could hope to need for a little family holiday. Would definitely book here again.
Very clean. The heated swimming pool was fantastic, the pool table got a lot of use. It was a great place to relax with the friends and family. Definitely would book again!
Incredibly comfy bed, loved the woodburning stove. Clean and uncluttered, very homely and cozy. Good bus service is a short walk away. Lots of entertainment through the window watching birdwatchers chasing rare birds!
The site is really well equipped for all ages. Lots of entertainment and fun things. Restaurants are exceptional value for money & the food is quality.

The caravan is clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location close to the shop, bar, take away, swimming pool and playground etc but not in a busy spot.
