Located only 10 mins drive from Filey beach which was lovely. Caravan was mainly clean except a couple of insects we found. Reception staff lady was nice upon check-in.

We went straight to the van as the key was left in the key safe so no queuing at reception. Really close to the entertainment centre and facilities. The van was spacious and clean. We liked that it was a pet free van too due to allergies. The owner was very friendly and got straight back to us when we contacted her pre arrival and for queries whilst there.
Our location was great, we were next to the john paul jones pub, but there was never anyone in it as the prices were highest ive seen at any holiday resort
The property is situated in an excellent development with gym, swimming pool, and other activities tennis, archery etc. Beach only 2/ins away and in walking distance to Filey along a beautiful beach. Scarborough and Bridlington on shirt car rides away. The property well positioned with all the amenities you require along with a cupboard full of games for all the family.
This is a lovely little beach house on a very well kept holiday park. Internally it was ideal for my elderly mother who has mobility difficulties and who appreciated that the house was all on one level with a very nice walk-in shower next to her good-sized double bedroom. It was very quiet at night and during the day (but we were there before the school holidays). The house had everything we needed for our short stay and I would have been happy to stay longer.
Perfect for our short stay to go see JLS at Scarborough open air theatre. Location was ideal for swimming pool, pub and not too far from the local beach. The decor was amazing, wanted to take it home 😅
WiFi was quick, TV had options for online streaming.

The accommodation was clean, spacious and very welcoming. The facilities inside the cottage were excellent and provided everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lovely decor. The location at the far end of The Bay resort (near the beach access path) was quiet, peaceful and perfect for walking access to the on-site swimming pool and also the walk down to the beach. The hosts Sean and Ryan have kept the cottage in great condition and we loved it. Thank you!
