Loved the caravan itself, spacious, lots of light and in a great location. 5 minute walk to the club house and activities, 5 minutes to the beautiful beach across the road and everything to do with the booking was easy.

Amazing spacious, clean caravan full of entertainment and little details as towels, kitchen equipment, hairdryer. We were very happy in this caravan. Deffo will be back. The owner is very helpful and kind. Thank you for letting is stay.
Nice clean caravan, as expected. Easy to book and access. Good location away from the main road. The club house and entertainment are great. Lovely pool that you can book 1 day in advance. Entertainment passes are good value, and the bingo is addictive! Great location for days out, Dymchurch has lovely sandy beaches, and I would recommend visiting Folkstone Harbour, lots of tasty food stalls and places to walk.
Very nice location, lovely view out the front of the sea. Very close to Dymchurch and local entertainment. Also very close for our shooting location which was great.
2 trips amazing time each trip. Caravans are neat and clean, 2 bathroom and have all the amenities as described. There are evening entertainment for kids and adutls if you prefer. The beach is right opposite the road and also a short drive away. ALDI Grocery shopping is also short drive away.
Proximity to beach, friendliness of staff especially those in the Activity hut, having all the facilities available - activity hut, swimming pool, go carts, arcade, play areas. The caravan had plenty of extras like flavoured teas and coffees, soaps, toothpaste, salt, loads of dishes and glasses, amazing water pressure in the shower, a fantastic selection of books for the little ones. It was our first time staying in this type of accommodation. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our holiday.
