Staff extremely helpful and very accommodating. The van we booked had a hot tub but unfortunately, it was double booked (not by Lyons Manor) and we were unable to use it for 3 days.
Lyons Manor put us into excellent substitute accommodation until it became available

Perfect location lovely clean caravan park. Had everything we needed felt like home from home. We'll equipped had a beautiful weeks stay. Look forward to going back soon and very friendly people on the site park.
Really good location with brilliant access to lakes and the seaside. The caravan park was very quiet and due to very little pollution the sky at night looked amazing!
The jacuzzi was just what one needs after a long day of hiking!
I loved the location. The view was beautiful and peaceful. The mobile home was spacious and spotless and had everything we needed. Everything about our stay was perfect.
Really enjoyed our time in this caravan, location was brilliant and the caravan park itself is very quiet with great views. Host has thought of all things one would need/use, we shall definitely be back again in the future. Thanks once again
Fantastic location, lovely ,clean, and well equipped.
We really enjoyed our stay , the bungalow has everything you can need and we will definitely return 😀
The bungalow was lovely and warm with good size bedrooms and a big bathroom . Lots of little extras: bubble bath, shampoo and conditioner, tea, coffee, sugar, veg oil. We had a Christmas card with a bottle of wine and chocolates and milk in the fridge given to us by the owners. Two lovely Christmas trees decorated in the courtyard.
Fully equipped kitchen. There were even bowls for our dog.
The caravan was so cosy, the bed and pillows were so
Comfy, lovely, quiet holiday park in an amazing location. We loved our stay this weekend, Karen couldn’t have been anymore helpful, we’re already looking at when we can return. Cockermouth and maryport are lovely places to visit and a short distance from the caravan
The property is in a quiet location with parking but occupies only half of the bungalow shown, so not as spacious as you might expect, but fine for a couple as we were but we would have felt a bit cramped with four adults in the living area but in warmer weather there is a large enclosed private courtyard with BBQ etc for al fresco dining & for sitting outside. The property was super clean, had a well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with good shower, comfortable seating & very comfy beds.
The holiday park itself is beautifully kept. The location was quiet, but a two minute drive from the local shops and pubs. Big walks for the dogs were just 30 minutes away - it was an ideal location.
The caravan itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. It felt homely and familiar instantly. There was much more space than I imagined, and having two bathrooms was a major plus.
