Having normally used hotels in this area for work this has a refreshingly home comfort feel you can't get in hotel. This property was spacious, immaculately clean, great value. I'm highly impressed.

The caravan was brilliant, really well maintained and had everything needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make any meal you fancy! There was also a kettle, microwave and toaster. Remember to take your own towels; bed linen was provided. The decking was lovely to sit out and relax. The caravan is located very close to the entertainment centre and there are plenty of food outlets along with a couple of restaurants.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast choice was amazing with a huge table full of healthy, tasty, delicious accompaniments. Loved all the little nooks and crannies, bars, lounge area all very comfortable and clean. It was great being able to go for a walk in the grounds and we especially liked the swimming pool. We don't have a dog at the moment but it was great that the hotel was dog friendly, all the dogs and their owners were friendly and well behaved 😊
I loved how dog friendly the hotel is as you can take your furry friend every where with you (except the swimming pool of course), but all their restaurants welcome dogs.
We didn't use the facilities on the park so can't comment on them, but the mobile home was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and warm. I liked that the main bedroom had an ensuite toilet which I was not expecting.
Even though there was a bit of a mix up in communications, everything was sorted very quickly. Very good location as well
.The mobile home was lovely and clean and had everything you needed in and was located right near the club house .The outdoor swimming pool was lovely and warm.
