I liked most of it. The front desk staff and the bar staff was excellent. The swimming pool is fantastic especially the jacuzzi wow and it’s in a good location you can visit Chester by using your own vehicle or you can walk five minutes away and use the park and ride.
The rooms were a lovely size and very clean. It was lovely to have use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi while there, it was great after a long drive to relax. Breakfast was one of best we’ve had. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. Very comfortable beds.
Great location easy walk to centre . Quiet in evenings for city centre hotel. Good size comfortable rooms, good breakfast and excellent swimming pool which was ideal to cool off after busy day in Chester.
Nice spa and swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice in a buffet style.
Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff friendly and helpful.
Parking available (£12) added to bill.
Central location for city centre, lots of restaurants nearby and sites of Chester.
Recommend Frodsham Mediterranean Grill on Frodsham St were we enjoyed 3 course meal.
