The caravan was clean, yes it's an older caravan but that is definitely reflected in the price.
The host was helpful when we had a tiny issue with one of the passes.

Woodland Glade is a beautiful area on Hoburne Devon Bay, lovely and quiet.
The lodge is immaculate and has everything you need for a very relaxing stay.
Beds are very comfortable and each room is very spacious.

Loved the location. The coves were beautiful within a short walk. Very clean chalet. Nice swimming pool without having to book it and have a time slot so you can spend as much time in there as you want. Friendly staff. Would stay again.
Bungalow has all facilities, fully equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer; comfortable bed, pillows. TV- connects easily to ure Netflix, Prime, You Tube accounts. 5 mins drive to the harbour, lots of restaurants, fresh fish/ seafood.
15 mins drive to Paignton beach with lots restaurants/ entertainments.
Lovely holiday park and great location. Nice beaches nearby, lovely walk to Brixham harbour and easy access to other attractions in the area. Park was quite quiet but that suits us. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bus every hour into Brixham £6.80 for two return fare. There is a shop pub/entertainment. Highly recommend.
The caravan was very clean, and the location is excellent for exploring Brixham and visiting National Trust properties etc.
The owners were extremely helpful with everything and collecting the keys was very easy.
The holiday park was quiet and we were not disturbed at all.
Just returned from a lovely week in Brixham Holiday Park. The staff were all great, the food in the club house is excellent and really good value for money. The silver chalet was perfect for our needs, although we didn't use any of the kitchen facilities apart from the fridge. Great location. The pool is lovely too. Highly recommend!
I did my own breakfast as l don’t eat that much just cereal & toast, loved the swimming pool as l haven’t been for years, this is my first time without
my wife as she’s passed away, been 3 times to your park before, love the location.
