I am not happy with accommodation due to the unbearable smell throughout the caravan, the bedrooms smell of dampness which is also unbearable, all of our clothes are smelling of this! The mattresses on the single beds are extremely uncomfortable due to the springs hurting our back’s. There are huge stains on the floors and on all of the seating, we have a toddler with us and this is just unacceptable for him to be sitting on the floor and touching everything!
Although this is a pet friendly caravan, we have never had these issues of the unbearable smell. I am affronted to be in public with the smell thats coming from our clothes! We only lasted the one night as we returned to the caravan after 9pm and could not drive home!

It was a cosy and comfy stay! Like being home from home. There were amazing facilities for little ones with toys and kids plates, and Utensils thought it was such a great touch to make our little ones' holiday feel more relaxed! We also got left milk, apple juice, and treats, which I thought was a super touch made us settle right in without having to pop to the shops right away! It's also in the perfect location for the Heads of ayr farm park and the castle for days out.

Millburn farm is amazing mags and John the are great ! myself and wife , 6 year old son love it from start to finish. the The lodge has everything you will need the coffee machine is great , Internet access perfect , kitchen has everything you will need for cooking also bathroom is perfect. we will definitely be back and have recommended to family and friends. 👍

Room exceeded our expectations as we didn't realise we had booked a suite! I had booked this hotel for the swimming pool, but didn't use it as our room had a jacuzzi bath! Dinner was delicious, breakfast started off as self serve but we could also order hot food which was brought to the table. Staff were lovely and helpful.
Nothing travelled to ayr and when i contacted hosts they told me the apartment was not available. No apology blaming booking.com. myself and 2 young chikdren then had to pay a premium to book something else locally for that night. Kids were distraught not a great start to a family holiday.
Good location, rooms tired and dated, layout awful, shower ancient. Breakfast poor, staff were friendly but not enough staff. Bar wasn’t staffed for most of our stay. Swimming pool closed for repairs.
Was there with my son, we had executive room we both loved it, room was great did have scaffolding up but we saw past that, dinner and breakfast was perfect. Great location for beach and play area and town centre, great green area for kicking the ball about, Swimming pool was great too, and staff were very polite. Great wee overnight
