We really loved the location to the lake. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are all perfect. We felt that our children 12 /9 were very safe to ride around and go to the pool alone.

Clean with all amenities and comforts apart from a washing machine
The bath was incredible - huge!
It took me a day to work out how to use the microwave oven.
The management staff were very welcoming and would help me with any requests straight away particularly after I arrived with two young children, a dog and a flat tyre having driven all the way from the UK which was great on arrival and so helpful thank you for your hospitality.

Breakfast was great, really family friendly with kids club and entertainment programme, lovely members of staff

I always love the little bungalows (it's our second time there). It 's perfect when you have kids so they can run and play around. The setting is in a middle of field with pine trees and mountains around. And the lake Annecy can be seen. The views are just gorgeous.
The spa, restaurant and reception are just new. It's modern and super clean. You can't make it better.
Value for money is key. Turned out to be in close proximity to the best beach on lake Annecy. The rooms themselves are very basic, however clean and tidy. The swimming pool is gorgeous. Parking is handy. Breakfast that is for extra charge is generous. Being now used to British food, we were not massively attracted to it, but it was of very good quality and had a choice for everyone.
Friendly reception. Car parking.. Small swimming pool. Nice restaurant.
