Exceptionally helpful staff. Arrived after the check in had closed but staff kindly sent a useful video of the layout of the camp and where the dorm was and the shower block. Other campers are quiet and respectful. The shower block is clean and well maintained .
This was my second time staying, and I love this hotel.
Very comfortable rooms, with lovely balconies overlooking the swimming pool and views of the hills. Rooms have kettle and also fridge.
Very convenient location for the Gare de Hendaye.
The staff are all friendly and helpful. We were in a lovely, large, well equipped room: large comfortable bed, twin sinks, walk in shower, coffee machine, ….
We made use of the excellent swimming pool. The buffet breakfasts are good value, the coffee really good. We have stayed here before and will return, it is highly recommended.
Very clean, comfortable. Romy the host has put a lot of love into her property with small touches like coffee, some condiments and cold water on our arrival.
Instructions on how to find the location/get into the property were the best I’ve ever seen …so clear and simple 👍

Swimming pool good size, relatively shallow …can stand up at any point.
Yolanda and Jean-Louis were excellent hosts and made us very welcome. The apartment was lovely and just what we needed for our one night stay. The swimming pool was an enjoyable bonus.
Really light and airy apartment. Lovely bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Lovely comfy beds (even the sofabed). Big swimming pool, lovely warm water, perfect to have it covered at 20 degrees. Nearly no other guests.
We really loved the beatiful design of the hotel and the room that also had view to the swimming pool. The area where the hotel is situated is quiet and lovely. The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome.
Just a short walk up the hill from the busy main station, this place is a welcome oasis of peace and quiet. My room was huge and very well furnished, with a nice little balcony overlooking the lavender-fringed swimming pool and the mountains beyond.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming and I had a nice meal at the small on-site restaurant. It’s not cheap to stay here (€122 a night) but the price is justified by the high quality of the rooms, the facilities and the setting.
Very modern hotel, nice swimming pool, garden and outdoor setting for restaurant and beds around the pool.
Good breakfast and perfect diner.
