Cleaning was not done when i arrived to the apartment. The beds in the apartment were not done and I was told to do them myself. Towels and bed lining was thrown onto the couch. The staff was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. When I asked the staff why I didn’t get the apartment that I booked, they laughed and mocked the fact that I was disappointed.
Funniest of all: was given an A4 inventory list and asked to report back to the reception within 24 hours, to tell them that everything is there…

The location is great. Really central. Apartment spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed. The only negative was the swimming pool was really cold. Otherwise amazing as always
Location and access were perfect for a family holiday. Underground parking was easy to access and we were able to park within a few paces of the apartment. Apartment was exceptionally clean and functional.
location was great, a very safe and pedestrianised centre of the village with something going on each evening for extra entertainment for the kids. Excellent set up for first time skiiers. Perfect for families!
Lovely apartment with everything we needed for our family skiing week in Les Arcs. The apartment is comfortable and warm, clean and well equipped. Ski in, ski out, with a ski locker at the front, so very convenient to get out onto the slopes. The apartment building has a small swimming pool and sauna that is free to use. Arc 1950 village is really nice too, it's the prettiest of the Arc villages, with a nice bakery, small supermarket and some bars and restaurants, and easy access to the ski slopes. I would recommend.
