Great location. Very convenient for visiting Cadiz and the surrounding seaside resorts. Tranquil setting. Dog friendly. Good sized clean swimming pool. Reasonable price. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. I would definitely revisit but pack more insect repellant!!

Very friendly hotel. All Employees were very nice, all outside service very nice and clean. Pool closes at 20:00. Nice apartment balcony with pool view and quiet. Big pool and also for kids. Excelent summer activities for all ages, kids club, teenagers with pool sports ping pong online bingo very day, excellent animations teams. At night with andaluzia horse dancing this was really good, so were the other night animations. The beach train. The breakfast and dinner buffet were good.
Overall the location, near the beach. The number of swimming pools and places to sunbath allowed to have options during the day. I didnt use many of the activities but they looked fun and diverse. I did like the food, both from the buffet option and during the day having lunch in the 2 restaurants near the swimming pool or the one at the beach. Overall it was relaxing and good quality, with cleanliness.
nice place off the jam packed normal hotels on the beach you had loads of room on the beach breakfast lunch and dinner were excellent with a wide range of food. All the staff always there to help in fact the staff at this hotel always had a smile. there are kids clubs too. Swimming pools were clean and activities during the day too
The entertainment staff are exceptional. Kids club is perfect and my 6 year old loves going and fell in love with the staf, especially Maria Jose.
We found all staff to be very friendly and helpful, and is one if the main reasons we continue to return.

Pretty much everything. Hotel and Staff were exceptional.
1. The entertainment was great and very engaging. My 5 year old absolutely loves the kids club staff. Even though she only speaks English they were amazing with her.
2. The App is pure genius, what a great way to communicate what's going on and requests etc. Extremely well thought out.
Breakfast had a variety of options and food was lovely. The hotel is great for families with young children, ours aged 5 and 7 made use of all of the amenities which included a kids room, the swimming pools, a sports centre and the activities put on by the entertainment crew.
Staff are helpful, pleasant and really make this place that extra bit special!
