The check in was quick.
Bar staff including around the pool, beach and restaurant were so quick at bringing drinks and did not stop.
Bedrooms were cosy, large and comfortable.
Mini disco was great- 30 minutes (some places in hurghada only do 20) and on a proper stage so my children loved it.
Entertainment team were fab and so was the kids club.

Excellent food in all restaurants and the staffs are very helpful and friendly.
The pools are great and heated and kids pool is just perfect for the little ones .

The food offering was amazing. There was an entertainment every single night. The room was really nice, spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony with swimming pool view. Many choices for bars and restaurants in the hotel. Also service at the beach and entertainment at the beach too with beach volley, yoga and belly dancing. Overall, it was worth the money and I recommend it 100%. I work in hotels so I am very picky about the hotels I choose, and I will choose this again.
We liked everything - heated pools and aqua sleds, including for small kids. Food and speciality restaurants, ability to order fresh food from menu during day. Family rooms were big, clean and perfectly fitted our family. Kids playgrounds and kids club, including evening entertainment. Hotel is well maintained and very green. Definitely to recommend.
The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Good location for winter as it wasn't too windy in the resort. There are many things to do for kids. Very nice entertainment for kids. My daughter loved the kids club and Balnura, especially, thank you ❤️. Very nice pool restaurant. The food was very delicious in both restaurants. They also served seafood and sushi. We also got some ala carte for free. Big thanks for nice care.
Stayed for 1 week in February 2024. Amazing service! Food, swimming pool, friendly stuff, good facility, nice spa. Internet everywere. Animation program, shows and entertainment are really good for all ages. Own kite school an rental service. The manager Omar is really helpful and attentive! Deserves applouse!

Perfect place for families with kids. The entertainment offered there is really extraordinary with all the waterparks, swimming pools, funfair, museum, shows and parties organised by exceptional entertainment team.
The room was renewed, spacious and really nice. The hotel offers very good choice of food, beverages and coctails. We had really great time there!
Wonderful experience at Albatros Aqua Park with my Family. Reception front desk Mr Khaled was very helpful , polite and always checked upon us that everything was fine. Mr Hani ,the Manager too was very helpful and looked after us. My kids enjoyed the water slides and didn't want to go out..and as well adult enjoyed the rides. Lot many swimming pools good food and entertainment during day and night. A perfect location for Family Holiday.
