It's very safe, with excellent location and very welcoming staff.
The sea in North Coast is AMAZING! Recommended to rent a boat from Marina 7 Bobos and visit the islands and sandbanks around.
I think I was upgraded to a newer room. It was like a suite with a large bedroom and TV lounge area and a separate kitchen and TV area. The bedroom was huge with a partial sea view. The shower was great. It was all very modern, looked newly decorated and it was very clean.
The beach beside the hotel was really lovely. There are a number of swimming pools, which are nice for a dip.
There was really nice live music and singing on the boardwalk at night.
The location, the swimming pool (the one in front of the restaurant), and the beach all were great and good for kids.
Check-in and out were smooth.
Mrs Eman Samir from the guest relations team was nice. Her efforts and special arrangements made our stay really great.
Amazing hotel with lots of facilities. The food was delicious with multiple options, and different entertainments available (7 swimming pools, beach access, night shows, etc..).
Hotel staff were helpful from check-in till departure. We will be back soon :)
