The hotel is located in a safe area, allowing for outdoor activities even at night. With the secure Carolina Park and a subway station nearby, it was convenient for both relaxation and transportation. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also features a large gym and a swimming pool, which I enjoyed for exercise and swimming.

Next to Mitad del Mundo (Middle of the Earth). Restaurant food tasty. Restaurant quite chic with view of the French monument. Owners really went the extra mile. Swimming pool. Ample parking. Lidia and Roberto are really trying to put this place on the map.

Location Rooftop view ! The apartment was basically new and had everything we needed. Indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna etc - however we didn’t use because it was quite full when we tried ( Friday evening)

It was bright, clean and modern with good views over the city and surrounds. It was good to feel secure knowing that there were security guards and restricted access. It was also very close to the bus stop for the city tour and to the Botanical Gardens and Carolina Park. In addition it was very close to a wealth of modern shops and restaurants. In fact so many restaurants that catered for all tastes. There were also supermarkets nearby stocking a wide range of goods. Last but not least we loved the swimming pool and the gymnasium.

My room was small but it had everything I needed, the internet worked well, and the breakfast, included in the price, was really excellent. Plus there is a nice courtyard. And all this for an incredibly low price! The location is also great, just behind La Ronda Street, a lively restaurant/entertainment hub, so there were police around all the time. The main street is about 3-4 minutes away, the main square is about 10. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

I had an apartment in the middle (4. Floor) of a bigger building close to the park Carolina. The apartment was well built with a big living room and kitchen, then there was a beautiful bedroom with a master bathroom. The building have a swimming pool, sauna, and training facilities for you to use. From the top of the building you get a good view over Quito... I was supposed to stay in the apartment for 3-4 days, ended up staying for 3 weeks. This is a hidden gem!
