I planed to stay with my Family for 1 day. Finally we extended for more days. The staf is really helpful. Helped to organize a trip to San Domingo. Rooms are clean, with Wifi. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Near to the hotel is beach with no waves, ideal for small kids. On the room there is LCD with Netflix. We enjoyed Dominican breakfast and omelette . Some staff does not speak English, but has a big afford to help.
Beautiful little hotel with nice decoration and many plants, comfortable spacious rooms with good air-con. Great to have the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Restaurant also served very good food and cocktails. The hotel manager was also receiving guests, super welcoming and friendly, taking time to show us around the hotel. It is a pleasure to meet someone who obviously likes and takes pride in her work. It was the perfect place to stay for our last night in Dominican Republic. Having a secure parking inside for our rented car was a plus.
Castello Italiano staff deserves one million stars. They cooked for us late at night (delicious!!!!) And gave us a huge room. AC is perfect. Rooms are clean. Nice swimming pool and very quiet everywhere. I loved it so much that we will stay there from the 4th of April thru 12th of April. I paid in advance directly to them. 5 stats all the way. Very pleased!!! Merecen 1 million de estrellas. Todo es Perfecto.
Breakfast ok. But only offered 1 choice of drinking juice, all others not available. Lovely courtyard gardens and small swimming pools . Reception manager excellent.
