If you booked a different villa I think it would be great. Bohol (owl I think) looked to have an amazing cool deck area and be close to the pool.
Also be aware the road up may be steep but is well paved and we had no trouble in an SUV without 4x4.

We LOVED our stay. It was a little slice of paradise. Our bungalow was a great size, and was luxurious. We loved the key code locks as it meant we didn't need to worry about bringing a key to the beach or needing duplicate keys etc. The shared kitchen was perfect, so spacious, well equip and clean. We loved the pool, lovely and shady for the heat of the day. There is even storage for your surf boards rented from else where. There is a cafe just over the road serving food all day. There is also a bar/restaurant right down the road (100m) where you can enjoy sunset, margaritas and even rent surf boards by the day or for a couple of hours.

Beautiful spot. These houses are adorable and very good value. Bigger pool than I expected and beautiful gardens. We watched two red Macaws having a big argument. We enjoyed the company of the two cats too

We have the oportunity to have dinner in El Rancho and William was a really good waiter, he served and advised us perfectly. The food was really good.
The rooms are really big and AC works fine.

Peaceful location surrounded by nature and wildlife. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Two swimming pools were clean and amazing after a hot day. Could not recommend more.
Also Breakfast was very nice in the morning with amazing views.

We stayed in the two bedroom bungalow that is quite separate and the terrace is very private. The whole place is very quiet and peaceful. We had the additional breakfast on two days and enjoyed it. We were comfortable and slept well. Bridget and Leon are great hosts. We were able to take our dogs with us and they enjoyed their stay also!
