Location was fantastic! I traveled with 4 little chilren and my mom in her 70s. Kids loved the swimming pool and my mom enjoyed a nice hot tub. Rooms were clean and it had everything you need. It felt like as we were home. Mr. Trevor was very helpful, pleasant to talk to on the phone whenever I had questions.
We only stayed for one night and didn't have time to use the swimming pool, sauna etc. That would probably be the perk of this place. Helpful staff that was responsive when we were dealing with missing towels or the fan issue (explained below). Clean.

The rooms are very spacious, beds are perfect, all facilities there (kitchen, washing, 2 bathrooms), the swimming pool, location, cleanliness, ... it was perfect!
Location is excellent and convenience at the centre of the Whistler village. Room is spacious and clean. I like the hot and cold water at the lobby which makes us easy for our trip. This is a plus. Swimming pool and hot tub are nice with shade of trees around. Staff members are friendly.
For our first overnight visit to Whistler, we appreciated that the location of the hotel that was set back away from the main artery of hotels, restaurants, and entertainment. We liked everything about the hotel and would choose it again.
