There were not enough sun beds and umbrellas around the swimming pool.
Quite bad practice of the guests of the hotel is to leave their towels on the sun-beds to reserve them for the next morning!

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. Last time it was a very positive experience, but now there are also many negative sides. Still, it is ok option for a short say - good location, they have big parking, option to chose between room or a bungalow. Located very close to a big supermarket. Friendly staff. The restaurant they have is nice and they cook tasty.
The hotel is new and offers excellent opportunities for a family vacation. It is close to the beach and to the Sinemorets village, restaurants bars and cafes. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will never forget how helpful they were during the time of the rainstorm and flooding time during September 2023!
Very nice family hotel. When you enter it is like a hidden oasis. Very well maintained and you pretty much pay for what you get. Friendly staff asked them for a hairdryer and they gave us immediately for the entire stay. Breakfast was diverse and you can choose from freshly made things. Swimming pool area is great with bungee for the kids and tennis table.
Great location right by the beach , perfect for eating out each evening and nice walks in any direction straight from the hotel. The hotel room was large with generous rooms , lots of space for us all. The swimming pool was fab and used a lot by our family. Thus was a great find !
Nice swimming pool clean room was not very clean windows and doors covered in greasy marks.Bathroom was getting soaking wet after shower although there was a shower cubicle with close doors.It’s a quiet place just the cleanliness and bathroom need to be more practical.
Central, but quiet location in fabulous Sinemorets. Lovely courtyard/swimming pool area with lots of greenery. Spacious, clean room with great view. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
