The villa, grounds and pool were all clean and well looked after including the BBQ area. The Villa was a great size with everything provided. The bed was comfy.

The apartment is close walking distance to the beach and other areas such as restaurants. You felt safe walking around at might, there is a lovely park right next to the appartment.
Join the community at a shared grounds, shared facilities vacation park. Groups of all sizes can get comfortable in private bungalows or vacation homes and spend their stay enjoying time poolside, dining at an on-site restaurant, or trying new on-site activities.
The holiday park is located in a lovely setting along the river. It is a lovely relaxing environment. The cabin was fully set up with everything I needed and it was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. The gate programming to get in wasn't set up properly but it was sorted out for me so the rest of the stay was smooth sailing.

It has everything you need for basic cooking. Well suited to families with swimming pool. Great outdoor bbq with entertaining gazebo. It even has a ramp to the front door, if unable to use steps.
The room was very clean and well presented, just a tad small - didn't really require the single bed that took up extra space considering it was a pet friendly room and we needed to place the dogs bed, it was a bit of a squeeze. Otherwise a great motel to stay in, easy drive to Coolangatta area for entertainment.
