The friendly neighbours (kangaroos ) and elderly that surround this sanctuary were so lovely and kind.
The people working onsite were most lovely to my children too who went for a quick swim and were greeted kindly. We're a large family, who were driving through headed for Port Macquarie. We were glad we made the stop here so that I could rest. I did feel rested upon waking and the beach a stroll away was such a bonus!

Fantastic location perfect for families with a wonderful view. Cabin was well appointed and clean, facilities were great, staff were helpful and friendly. Other residents all lovely as well. Close to shops. Stayed for 10 nights with 2yo daughter who enjoyed hanging out at the creek, playing on the playground and patting all the dogs!

Loved the cabin and location. If the opportunity comes up again I will book there. It was so peaceful whilst we were there but I guess in the summer high season it may be different.
Join the community at a shared grounds, shared facilities vacation park. Groups of all sizes can get comfortable in private bungalows or vacation homes and spend their stay enjoying time poolside, dining at an on-site restaurant, or trying new on-site activities.
The location is great. Walkable to the beach and eateries. We checked in late and the instructions were clear to check-in on our own. The cabin was clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics. Travelled with kids and they enjoyed the waterpark, heated swimming pool and the little playground.
We love the beach. We love the caravan park. We love the location in being so close to the beach. We also love being so close to nature and the particular bird life in abundance.
Awesome facilities for kids and a nice smaller caravan park. Sad we were only staying the one night on our way north. Definitely will come back for another longer visit!

Access to the beach was literally outside the cabin via a small track through the bush. There was heaps for the kids to do, jumping pillows, water park, swimming pool and pedal carts.
The rooms were clean, neat and tidy.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
LOCATION! lots to do for the kids, easy access to the beach, less than 5min walk to grocery/bottle shop, pizza, pasta & Mexican restaurants. $10 half hr bike hire, $20 board hire. Water park was a hit for my 4 children, as well as the jumping pillow. The deluxe frangipani cabin was very comfortable for our family of 6 but next time will definitely go for the Hibiscus cabin.
