It was clean, modern, comfortable and in the most beautiful spot! The takeaway shop called Brighton St right next to the park was also an added bonus! Lovely staff and amazing food!

The cabin was clean well equipped and relatively private in the midst of caravans and other cabins - the pillows were fantastic and bed comfy. Love the ice tray in the freezer. Location was beautiful a medium length fully paved walk to the beach and break wall but set right on the banks of Shaws Bay - beautiful location. I travelled alone but the park clearly offered a lot of family entertainment - mkni golf and movies with daily text advice about events - great for families.
It was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are truck drivers who work upto 90 hours. We have been together 8 years and have 2 children and this was our very first family holiday. We will not go anywhere else and have already planned our next holiday here. My kids loved the bunk bed and took in turns each night. Everything is very local, you can walk or take a 2-5 minute drive to anything you need. The staff were very accommodating, everything you needed was there.
The unit was clean, beds comfortable, reception lady pleasant, price reasonable for 3 adults, one night, over Easter Weekend. It served us well for what we needed...a comfortable bed for the night whilst visiting family in the caravan park.
Great location! Right on Shaws bay. Easy walk to the ocean, playground 5 min walk. We had a cabin on the waterfront with lovely views. There is a camping/cabin option for everyone! The facilities are amazing, everything you could want for a family holiday. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly
The hotel was located at a quiet spot but nevertheless at walking distance of the centre of Ballina. We also had a balcony with a beautiful on the swimming pool.
The staff were great, they worked hard and were all-rounders. You would see them delivering linen, checking people in, running the kids club activities and serving in the cafe. They did a bit of everything and were very friendly.
Our cabin was great. Perfect for a small family and our dogs. Very clean.
You can hear the waves at night. So nice.
Good activities for kids, pools, park and dog park and a 10 min walk to the beach.
Food was delicious at the Cafe.
Didn’t like NOT being able to access the pool at 6:30pm because it required a metal key and we only got door key cards , and there was NO STAFF or employee's to let us into the small swimming pool .
