The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offers enough privacy for both a family vacation or a stay of 2 couples of friends, which was our case. Communication with owner was perfect.
We enjoyed everything, perfect family holiday in nice accomodation, beautiful and calm welness, very good location - not far away from the ski areal ot from the supermarket, polite and very very friendly staff, thank you very much, we will come back in the future......
After more than ten years of family holidays in Bad Kleinkirchheim, this was the best stay we have had in this town so far. Everything great, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment, great location close to the St. Kathrein spa, parking and of course an excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. In short, everything great!
Awesome small aparthotel, so we never experienced too many people at the swimming pool or anywhere...

Everything was absolutely perfect. I was in Alpine Spa for the second time with my family. It is the best hotel we have ever been. We had perfect apartment with big and comfortable terrace and great view on the mountains. Swimming pool and saunas are amazing. Our kids love playroom and outdoor playground. We spend amazing week in Alpine Spa Residence. I am pretty sure we will return again.
The place is fantastic. Rooms are big enough with the balcony and with a beautiful view. The breakfast is served on a tarrace (that is amazing). The owner is an amazing man willing to help you all the time. The pension offers the Kärnten Card what is a great bonus because with the card many atractions like cable cars, mountains roads , museum , swimming pools and others are free. Thank you for making our holidays unforgettable
Perfect place for kids: big water and sand area, bobby cars, climbing playground, indoors play area, natural swimming pool and ... kids all around :)
The country-style houses have unique character, beautiful views and modern kichens. Our stay was truly excellent.
Amazing position overlooking the Kaiserburg slope, and we were welcomed by the very friendly owners. The swimming pools (interior and exterior) were excellent, as well as the whole spa area. The whole place was exceptionally clean and included everything we needed, exactly like the photos on their webpage.
