The pictures don’t do it enough justice but the best part about my stay was the host she was amazing and kind. We arrived late and she had prepared 6 hot water bottles for each of us, gave me a tour of the house and welcomed me into her home. Absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be visiting again.

In particular the beautiful surroundings and the wonderful and hospitable hosts Jacques and Micky who were extremely thoughtful and accommodating. After 4 nights of tranquility and having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the dam with its geese and ducks, I didn't wan to leave. What a beautiful place! No sounds of cars, you can see the stars at night, you can interact (or not) with the animals in the sanctuary nearby, and you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing break. The kitchen is well kitted, the lounge and dining area are spacious and comfortable, as are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, a wonderful rustic peaceful place to unwind and de-stress.

The house is more beautiful than the pictures! And the hosts, June and Chris, were both attentive and respectful of our privacy.

The location is quite close to Sandton City, I walked there about every day. The host was incredibly polite and allowed me a late checkout after my flight delayed last minute. The house is incredibly stunning and my whole family absolutely adored it. The master bedroom is massive with insanely huge closets and the other bedrooms give a very chateau in Greece vibe. The appliances in the house are very up to date with everything you could need very much available. Would highly recommend
