Sam, the guide was great. The shared facilities are wonderful. Veranda with fireplace used for both nights. Room small but everything new and well appointed. Great value. You see animals you don’t see in Addo so definitely worth the short drive from the main road.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay right on the popular canals in St Francis Bay. Even better than the pictures! Modern and tastefully decorated with high end finishes, while maintaining warmth and character. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and good linen, there are heated towel rails in the bathrooms. There is an air conditioner for heating or cooling in the main bedroom. The kitchen is really well equipped with smeg appliances and the scullery even has two dishwashers. The kitchen is very nicely positioned to flow to the outdoor entertainment area with braai and heated pool. There is also a private jetty and small beach which the kids really enjoyed. We also loved the raised lounge with huge tv that was logged in to Netflix and DSTV. It’s a short drive to the shops and st Francis has a few great restaurants to choose from. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the pristine beach in Cape St Francis if you feel you can drag yourself away 🤣 We had a lovely family get together here and hope to be back soon!

We received a very warm welcome from the host, she was very kind and would call to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This place is actually more beautiful than in the pictures and the mall is just a walk away.
