You both feel private and safe and at the same time it is very close to the village and all its shops and restaurants. The beach is in 10-15 minutes walking distance. You can also rent a bike there. I did and almost every day went to Duong Dong to the market and local pho stalls. In the market you can buy fresh seafood and groceries. Or just buy it not far from the villa on the main road. You can cook yourself or eat at Ninilla or other restaurants in the village. The staff was super friendly and helpful, cleaning was available every 2-3 days or on request. The house is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Fast wifi. No mold, no dust, perfect. 100 percent recommended.

The cleaness of the kitchen and utensils really strikes me. Each room has a good view facing the swimming pool garden. We arrived very late but the water was so nice and cool that we swimmed comfortably. The breakfast was yummy and well prepared. The staff were all very friendly as well. Definitely recommend. 👍
