I recently stayed at Sapa Farmer House, and it was one of the most delightful experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. The house offers a cozy, rustic charm with stunning views of the rice terraces and mountains, making every morning feel like a scene from a painting. Though it’s a little bit far from Sapa downtown, the location is part of its appeal—peaceful, serene, and away from the tourist crowds. It’s the perfect escape into nature. The real heart of the place, however, is Mrs. Zolly. She made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and hospitality are unparalleled. Mrs. Zolly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her home-cooked meals were a highlight of our trip—authentic, delicious, and made with fresh ingredients from her own garden.

The stay was walking distance from the center. The hospitality was amazing, we felt really welcome and the owner even prepared a BBQ for us so we could enjoy our own baked fish and meat. When you open the door you can hear the waterfall. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to stay in a natural surrounding which is still close to the center. You can ask anything to the owner and he will help you finding your way around in the city. Also possible to rent motorbikes (automatic and non-automatic).
