I have spent vacation getaways in RI for about 20 years now and this was the best rental/home that I have ever stayed in. It's very new and loaded with great options with streaming TVs, ceiling fans, wonderful kitchen appliances, alot of space, great bathrooms, and a good backward that's fenced in for your pets and provides some nice privacy in the neighborhood. The area is perfect as there's plenty of fast food/coffee options/restaurants all within walking or short driving distances. Also, Watch Hill and Misquamicut Beach are a 10-15 minute drive away. Would love to return next year at some point in the summer again. Yaneil (owner) was great with communication.

Loved that this place had three places to hang out, if people needed a little space - the living/dining/kitchen area, the sun porch, and the outside gas firepit area. All were comfortably furnished. The kitchen was modern, clean, and had the appliances we needed. One pleasant surprise was the fact that we could use the two kayaks on wheeled dollies, and it was only a half-block down to the river for miles of kayaking in either direction. The property manager was very attentive via text, and made sure our stay was perfect. And it was!

Loved the layout, the homey vibe, the location. Convenient parking. Very comfortable and spacious. Will definitely book it again.

At first when I booked the property I thought for the price it must be only one room, however it was the entire second floor with four bedrooms! I couldn’t of asked for such a better deal. I love how they set up the entire apartment. All the different colors of paint throughout the bedroom & the cute decor. The property also had a washer and dryer in the basement of the property which is free and very convenient. And lastly, the owner had responded back to me almost immediately and was very nice & helpful.
