The place was very clean, stalked like it was home! The neighborhood was quite for the most part. I had Walmart deliver and I was 1 hour late. I was nervous that my stuff could have been stolen but everything was there outside in a neighborhood with apartments. The host was quick to respond to text & fixed anything that I needed. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here & we will be back!

I love this property and would be booking again. Great location, very spacious, clean & comfortable beds, great amenities, loved the projector we watched movies on it everyday. Coffee,cream,sugar provided which was needed. Property is also in walking distance of St.Claude Street and many nightlife bars & grills.

Country Cottage - Broussard is set in Broussard, 19 km from McNaspy Stadium, 19 km from Alexandre Mouton House, as well as 19 km from The Lafayette Natural History Museum and Planetarium. We liked everything about this home! Easy access, quite nice neighborhood and lovely surroundings.

Brand-new home close to LSU campus is situated in Baton Rouge, 4.7 km from Maravich Assembly CTR, 4.8 km from LSU Football (Grass), as well as 5.8 km from Magnolia Mound Plantation. Clean, great size and location. Loved all of this. Would definitely rent again.
