Karen is a very welcoming and kind host. The address and the way to get to the property was communicated properly in advance. The house is clean and spacious, with reasonable price and distance from Death Valley National Park. A full kitchen with some food in the refrigerator was available. The house is decorated with a special taste. And the best of course is the night sky.

Property was superb! It was modern and immaculately clean and it had absolutely everything you could ask for, down to a needle and thread for a loose shirt button! It is evident that Julia has put a lot of thought into this property which caters for all your needs. We would thoroughly recommend this property and would definitely book again on our next visit to LA.

Excellent house and host. 3 full bedrooms with large king size comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms. Nice living room with dining part and kitchen. Outside tarace with BBQ. Perfect place for 6 persons travelling as 3 pairs. Spacy, clean and in very good condition. Host very friendly and welcomed us with small gifts. I wish we could stay longer.

The property is in an excellent location in Beverly Hills between Pico and Olympic boulevards (which lead straight to the shore), 15 mins drive to the getty, and an 18 minute walk to Rodeo Drive. The accommodation is in a self contained converted outhouse with a large bedroom with kingsize bed and a small separate room for two kids out back so it is perfect for a family. Outside is a nice paved garden and a pool with spa section (warmer than the main pool). For us, it was a nice relaxing alternative to a hotel and a good base to explore LA from.
