Two big bedrooms with wardrobes. In a big living room there is also a sofa that can be used as two persons bed. All rooms with air conditioners. In a kitchen we had all necessary equipment for self-cooking. There is big fridge. The location is on the closed, quite street. Villa is situated in a 10 minutes walking distance from public beach. It is clean beach and well maintained. The owners are very responsive at any time of the day. They show us a way to some other beaches, as we had a rent car and could travel. Also suggested a nice fish restaurant on a boat in old city. In overall it is good place and good price for value. Recommend it for family stay or for group of friends.

The place is cosy, old family house in the very nice are - closer to beach (300 m). This is great place for family or Group of friends trip. You have 3 seperate rooms, two toilets and salon with Kitchen. On Kitchen lever there is also a small terrace with furniture - great for dinner. Second terrace is on the roof. There is a planty of space for 4-5 persons. Nearby you will find beach bar - not tourist focused one but rather for locals. Offer is not very extensive but with very interesting local food and very cheap (like really really cheap). You can easy park your Car on the Street and you need a Car, because the house is located a little off the nearby city. There are few hotels nearby but the shop/market is like 6 km away. In general we had great time - the house is located 24 km from Side and 40 km from Alanya. Great place to visit both locations.

It’s very quiet so it’s best for some relaxing time. The owner is really nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to be in contact with him and talk to him. The kitchen has a good selection of equipment so you can cook and bake as well. There’s a bbq in the garden and more than enough chairs to sit on.
