Room cleaning and changing of sheets every 3 days for 3 months, owners were super accomodating and friendly, even providing gifts and snacks every so often. Property location was extremely close to nearby towns and all in all was an amazing stay.

Very beautiful place - wonderful view, exceptionally nice host, perfect location. Best place i stayed at during my whole Thailandy journey by far. We stayed at T villas for a couple of nights in between Christmas and New Year's Eve. It was an absolutely perfect place to stay for our family of four. We have stayed at other villas in Koh Pha Ngan, and in comparison to the other villas T villas is superior. The woman who greeted us is so friendly, and has a beautiful nursery in her yard of tropical plants. The villa itself is perfect for what we like, and our children had an awesome view from their bedroom (we stayed at the first villa at the top of the hill). The pool is a perfect size and very refreshing. The walk to the beach is 30 seconds, which is key for us. We loved the restaurant up the hill called C2 - you get a stunning view of the bay here and excellent food. We also liked a few of the restaurants on the beach. Overall the beach had small town vibes, which is what we look for - excellent atmosphere!

The villa was the perfect size for four people (two couples). It was quiet and peaceful with a partial view of the ocean! The service was amazing and Kate was the best host. She messaged me in advance to help prepare for our stay, provided ample recommendations of things to do around the island, and constantly checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed.

Super friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. They gave us some great tips for local restaurants and the nicest beaches.

Amazing view, great staff, so friendly always willing to help, on sight scooter rentals. Have food delivery options . Great private pool access. One of the best stays in all of Thailand for the view.

Perched on a sloping hill in the northern end of Plai Laem Beach, Samui Bayside Luxury Villas provides non-smoking accommodation with a private infinity pool and unobstructed views of the ocean and... We were 7 people from 3 generations in Villa 20. The villa was amazing and exactly as the pictures indicated. The view was fantastic, house spacious and very clean. The manager and staff made our stay very easy and convenient - they were always available and happy to help with anything from shopping to booking transportation or Thai massage- or extra sun beds. They truly went above and beyond! The area was very nice , lush greenery and a small but beautiful and very quiet beach just 200 m from the villa. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to return! Highly recommended ❤️

Nastanitev Villa Yao Yai se nahaja 6 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Choeng Mon Beach in ponuja zunanji bazen, vrt ter nastanitvene enote s klimatsko napravo, z balkonom in z brezplačnim WiFi. Free shuttle is available for guests. We were met at airport at 9:45pm and arrived to the villa about 10 pm. Ryan, the property owner, sent us a couple WhatsApp messages with detailed info and pictures in advance. Villa was open, everything is prepared, so arrival was easy. Ryan visited us next morning and provided full info about villa and shared an absolutely great recommendations about island activities and places to visit.
