Located 150 meters from the beach, Karon Homes offers free WiFi and free private parking. The property is about 50 meters from a temple with a weekly local market and about 5 km to Patong where various shopping and nightlife options. The location was very good, the beach was a short walk away and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Andrew, the host, was very efficient. He gave us lots of advice about the best places to go and what to avoid. The villa had every appliance we needed including a washing machine and ironing board with iron. There was good communication with the host via WhatsApp. I set up a WhatsApp group with my party and Andrew, the host to share requests and information, This worked well, Andrew was very responsive.

Close to the villas is also a 1-km long beach where guests can enjoy sun bathing, long walks and a dip in the sea. Free canoes are also provided. I love that it is in a very private area & few steps away from the beach. The room was spacious with jacuzzi & salt water private pool. The decor of the room was calming. Breakfast was served fresh everyday & we had breakfast served in our private pool too. Both host was friendly & very attentive with our needs.
