Beautiful, green and clean hotel with a great view of the canopy and the hills. Fon and her staff were great! Very welcoming and friendly. They made our stay very comfortable. The views from our villa were lovely. The room itself is very well maintained and clean. With a private pool and jacuzzi. Completely loved the stay and enjoyed every bit of it. Will definitely book again when we return to Khao Lak!

We had a beautiful stay here, we wish we stayed longer. The staff, resort, room, food and Island was all amazing. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family and hopefully coming back ourselves one day!

We stayed 4 nights in Villa 1 and wish we would have stayed longer. The personnel is super friendly and helpful. The comfort, privacy and views from the house were amazing.

A room in private property 200 meters in length around 30 meters away from the beach. At night the area is very dark (there's a garden light from a next-door neighbor and a light from a hotel over 400 meters away), and it is very easy to see all the stars in the sky. The sound at night is the sound of the waves crashing and leaves rusting. The beach is on the west coast so the best view is the sunsetting into the sea in the evening. The property provides chairs and beds that you can carry to the beach to relax. The beach is a bit steep but can walk a little bit to find a good spot. In the evening, there'll be a lot of hermit crabs in the area.

Set in Ko Yao Noi, within 1.5 km of Klong Jark Beach, บ้านสวนปิยนันท์ (Baansuan Piyanan) offers accommodation with air conditioning. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. The property was perfect, so clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts were super accommodating, welcoming and friendly, helping us with any problems straight away, including booking us a taxi when needed. Breakfast was delicious and very good portion sizes. Would recommend anyone to stay here

The owner, the view , the island pretty much everything was great. But the lady who runs the place I apologize for not remembering her name but she is the best. Cook's great food , washes clothes and will look for u if u are lost lol thanks alot

My husband and I arrived by car and were greeted by the hosts who were super friendly and helpful.The accommodation was near the hosts property and therefore we were able to use the pool if we wished.The gardens were beautiful ,it felt so tranquil being there especially at night .There is some building work going on nearby due to this being a new area that is being developed but that didn't bother us for we were out all day.There are shops and a market nearby, the beach is over 1 hr walk away so a car / bike is recommended especially to go exploring to other areas.The accommodation was spotless. The bed is very comfortable, T.V with Netflix, a well functioned kitchen.Instant hot water to have a shower.We would highly recommend staying here.
