They were very responsive throughout our stay, providing us with many recommendations on things to do, places to visit, where to eat, as well as tips on beautiful secluded sites away from the tourist masses. The hosts have also been generous on borrowing their bikes to go around the island a couple times. The place is perfect for a simple countryside getaway in two. It’s located within walking distance various sites, restaurants, supermarket, boat station etc. It is very clean, with all the necessary amenities. The shower facility nearby is modern, Clean and easy to access. The island itself is a typical island in the Swedish archipelago, with various pine trees, berry bushes, moss, lichens, deers, lizards, marine birds etc. and the Islanders being good stewards for this.

There are a lot of lovely details, free drinks and sweets. The garden is wonderful. The city of Vaxholm is very close. You can use two bikes in order to discover all the nice places. We enjoyed the time.

Semesterhus i Stockholms skärgård, Värmdö Runmarö se encuentra en Nämdö y ofrece terraza. Esta casa o chalet dispone de jardín y parking privado gratis. The location of Runmaro being so close to Stockholm but we were also so secluded surrounded by nature. The house was on a big plot of land which had views of the pier and also the ocean - 5 mins walk to swimmable areas. The house was very cosy with a bbq where we cooked most of our meals. We also rented bikes to get around the island which allowed us to explore the island more than we could on foot. You forget all about your city life and just enjoy the simple things when staying here. Would highly recommend. The host was also very good at replying to queries and requests. We accidentally left bike keys at the airbnb after checking out and the host was gracious enough to drop it off at the desired location. Felt right at home.

They had some fun games and the area is beautiful. We brought an electric car, the owner was super helpful and looked for a place to charge in the village.
