People indeed make a difference, and that's why we would return without hesitation. The warmth we experienced from Fissa, Antoine, and Tom was incredible! We felt genuinely welcomed and enjoyed two superb dinners with them. Sharing the table with other guests, we engaged in delightful conversations, although our french was almost not existing, and savored a glass (or two) of rum. Unforgettable! A special thank you to Tom, who provided unwavering support throughout our stay. Even when we faced a memory storage issue, he came to our rescue (and sacrificed his sleep ^^). The next little house is approximately 50 meters away, ensuring ample privacy. Ours even had a Jacuzzi, a delightful addition after a hike. We adore animals, so it was charming to see a lovely dog and a donkey strolling around. While the house and its furnishings weren't extravagant, they had everything you needed and, most importantly, were impeccably clean.

Well equipped property with full privacy and gorgeous garden with mountains view. Most of the groceries for breakfast were already in the fridge when we arrived, and a fresh bread were supplied in the mornings. The property is 10 minutes drive from Coll de Boufes trailhead which is very comfortable if you plan to hike to La Nouvelle (very recommended)

Really nice and big house in the middle of the owners banana fields. The view and quietness was amazing. Each room was big on its own and the kitchen had everything to cook and season. The owner even brought us fresh peaches and bananas right from the trees for breakfast.

Wonderful views from the garden.

We loved the big jacuzzi with an incredible view to the mountains. The house was very clean and had a nice interior design. The kitchen was well furnished.

Maison Créole Soalaze státar af útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn og býður upp á gistingu með garði, í um 21 km fjarlægð frá Cirque de Mafate. Alice, the landlady, is incredibly friendly. She shows you what hospitality means! We even got a small pineapple from her garden as a gift. Alice speaks perfect English. The house is on a small hill and you have a nice view (you can even see waterfalls). You have a lot of space to spread out. The terrace on both sides is also very large. The small towns of Salazie and Hell Bourg are not far from here. We felt very good and had a great time! On the top of it there was a unbelievable rainbow when we arrived.
