Located in Ponta Delgada and only 2.4 km from Milicias Beach, Vilas do Olival provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very clean, comfy bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. The private hot tub was so wonderful. It was great with the kids- having a high chair was a big bonus.

The house looks new, with huge living room and kitchen. 3 bedrooms in a big house and a side unit with an extra room+kitchen+livingroom+bathroom. Private parking for 2-3 cars.

Set in Lomba in the Flores Island region, Moradia Terra Chã Sea View 1 to 4 pers has a terrace and sea views. With garden views, this accommodation features a balcony. We liked the views, the neighborhood, the comfortable bed and furniture. The propietors met us and handed over the key and gave a a quick tour to show us where things were located.

Offering a garden and mountain view, CASA do CAMINHO is located in Praia da Vitória, 400 metres from Riviera Beach and 1.7 km from Sargentos Beach. House has all modern amenities, very bright, with rustic charm. Super clean! Desia, the host, was very attentive to our needs. Felt like home away from home. Super close walking distance to the beach which was a nice surprise.

Casas do Morgadio is located in Biscoitos. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2 km from Biscoitos Beach, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Of all the places we stayed in the Azores, this was our absolute favorite. Raquel was an utterly fabulous host who attended to our every need while still giving us a sense of privacy and space. The flats are beautifully designed and appointed, with an eye on quality furnishings and finishings. They are spacious and everything you could need was included to cater for yourself during your stay. The bed was divine, as were the linens. The space itself is quiet and you will be amazed by the number of birds you hear - even given their numbers in the Azores! Guests can wander the grounds and there is a pool that can be enjoyed as well. The town is walking distance; the sea and tidal pools are a bit farther. Parking is easy and near the accommodation; cars are probably necessary for staying in this space. Overall, we could not recommend this property more highly and will definitely return next time we're in Terceira!

Providing garden views, Casas da Ribeira in Santa Bárbara offers accommodation, a garden and barbecue facilities. With sea views, this accommodation features a patio. Really cosy and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need. There is also private parking, and nice garden with bbq facilities. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was left in the fridge for us (local products) and the fact that the baker brought us bread in the morning was also really nice. The location is also pretty good, just few minutes walk from the center of the village and the shop, and the Santa Barbara viewpoint can also be reached on foot (about 15 minute walk downhill). The host was also really helpful, tried to help us with everything and even offered to pay for our breakfast one morning when the baker forgot to bring us the bread. Overall a great apartment in a very peaceful environment for a great price.

Set in Porto Judeu in the Terceira region, Casa do Galante has a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. What a cute little house! Large enough to accommodate our family of 5 with no issue. Had a driveway which was great since we had a rental car. Great communication with host. Kitchen seemed to have all needed amenities ( we didn’t use them as we were there for a short while but appeared to have everything needed to make and serve a meal). Excellent view from the front bedroom bed. Wow! Nice to have a porch in the front to take in the view. So awesome to have roosters roaming around. And cows in the field next door. A true small town experience. Walking distance to the Largo and to Rocha snack bar and restaurant. There was even a local cat that came around for snuggles and pets. Wonderful time! Highly recommend! Boasting a terrace with pool views, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Quinta do Passo can be found in Ribeira Grande, close to Praia do Monte Verde and 2.4 km from Areal de Santa Barbara Beach. We enjoyed our stay at Quinta do Passo. The amenities were great. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished and had very comfortable and welcoming decor. The patios and the pool were also great. It felt like being in a private oasis. The woman who did the cleaning was very pleasant and welcoming! The host was easy to reach and responded to questions immediately.

Príncipe de Mónaco Boutique House is a beachfront property situated in Angra do Heroísmo, 200 metres from Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach and 1.5 km from Silveira Beach. Perfect location! We arrived very late and the host was so lovely and gifted us pineapple cake upon arrival. We walked to the Texan for a night cap. The next morning, we walked around town - this place is in the best location for hitting all the hot spots, especially as we only had a day here. Our host spoiled us again with delicious apple pie. We checked out and walked again to the Texan for lunch. We cannot thank our hosts enough! Thank you, we loved our stay!!!

Set in Praia da Vitória in the Terceira region, Casa do ti' Marrão has a balcony and quiet street views. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. Teresa took exceptionally good care of us, and was available day and night. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were even surprised with a nice little garden, which we really enjoyed.
