There is a small, well-kept public park right next door, so our view was more expensive than if there was a close neighbor. We took a walk on the beach. From the main bedroom and from the kitchen bar stools, you can see the ocean through the windows.. Aircon worked very well in the bedroom. No Aircon except in the bedrooms, but we didn't need it. The beach breezes were pleasant. Great owner - good instructions.
