If you prefer to spend time only with friends, you should definitely consider renting both houses as they are close together and not everyone likes unfamiliar neighbors. Be aware that in addition to the rental price, there is also a final cleaning fee. The area is especially recommended for cycling enthusiasts (singletracks and other tourist routes) and those who like fast driving - nearby, in Miedziana Góra, there is the SJS rally track. And the key thing - the lovely owner and his mother managing the property. Keep it up!

The layout of the house is simple and uncomplicated. Having A/C is a plus...the weather was hot and the A/C came in nicely to keep the house cool. There are ample trash receptacles to separate plastic, paper and metal. The clothes washer helped with the extended stay. Would recommend to friends and family. Would stay there again when in the Kielce area.
