It was our first time in Manila so we were not sure with the price if it would live up to the pictures and review. It turned out better than we could have expected! The location is prime, about 20 minutes to the airport, near multiple malls and restaurants, as well as walking distance to nightlife! The room itself is quaint but for two people it was the perfect amount of space. It came with modern appliances and a clean space. We did not use the accommodations but the pool looked clean. Staff were very attentive and easy to contact. Typically got back to me within a few hours. Would recommend a stay here again!

It's notably spacious compared to typical studio/1-bedroom units in the metro. Strategically located near Landers, Mitsukoshi, and Uptown, yet surprisingly peaceful for a good night's sleep—with occasional street and establishment sounds. The unit offers a view of the Uptown Mall fountain and the pool area, providing a pleasant sight from the bed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Edmar and his wife and daughter are the caretakers and they live next to the villa within the same compound. They are super friendly and will help you with anything they can. They can also book tours and drive you to any location for a very reasonable compensation. We spent a lovely week there with 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) and we loved it. Can definitely recommend this for families looking to visit Puerto Princessa and Palawan !
