Comprising a private beach area and a garden, EspIliNorte, Stay and Play is a recently renovated accommodation in San Juan set close to San Juan Beach. The place is spotless, very clean, and smelled pleasant. The hosts are friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. The location is ideal because it's a one minute walk to the beach, and it's in a street where there's a wide road. The road is not a busy thoroughfare, in fact, only the residents use it. And since it is not beach front property, you get the benefit or mild weather. While it's hot near the beach, Espllinorte is very cool and comfortable. There's a garden at the back with a barbecue pit, while there's a play area in front with board ganes, chess, scrabble, jengga, etc. There's a good restaurant nearby, and it's just a five minute walk from the property.

Since we were a group of friends (6 in all), having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was a good setup. Also being able to cook our own food was nice. We appreciated the complimentary water given. Spacious, secure place near the beach. Parking was available too.

It is a very peaceful place with lots of space for people to pause their lives to relax into. All the staff were helpful. To name some would be Marilyn and Raymond’s hospitality that made our stay hassle free and worth the wait. I am just visiting the Philippines and this is one of the few places i’d come back to in the future.
