The house is very close by the marina, so it is also walkable. There's a supermarket right in front of the house and the Mount Pahia hike starts very close to the house too. Just opposite of the fire-fighters. Make sure you go for the hike early in the morning with enough water. We did the hike by ourselves twice, as the fist time was foggy on the top. The second time the view was splendid.

Outside there is a lovely large deck with a huge bench and bar table and chairs. It is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down.
