You have everything you need. The rooftop terrace with seaview and small swimming pool. We liked mostly the interior patio with seating area and shower. The beach is really 1 minute walk. The beach is great, clean, large sandy beach with very clean water. We loved it. The accommodation is situated very close to different busy areas of Muscat as Mutrah, so you do not have to worry about restaurants, café etc. You need a car to be comfortable there, there are not many options in walking distance. I would fully recommended it and stay there again. Also the price of th accommodation in comparism to other properties around the area is very reasonable.
